做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
