做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
