做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
