做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
