做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
