做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
