做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
