做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
