做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
