做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
