做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
