做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
