做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
