做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
