做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
