做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
