做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
