做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
