做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
