做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
