做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
