做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
