做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
