做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
