做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
