做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
