做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
