做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
