做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
