做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
