做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
