做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
