做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
