做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
