做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
