做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
