做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
