做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
