做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
