做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
