做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
