做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
