做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
