做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
