做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
