做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
