做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
