做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
