做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
