做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
